I am the founder of the Brother 2 Brother Literary Symposium (B2BLS). Ask yourself if you would be where you are today if you were not literate? Would you enjoy the lifestyle you have today if you could not read?
Did you know that every 16 minutes a kid drops out of high school? Did you know that here in Texas over 50% of high school students don't graduate? Help me help our youth and inspire them to want more. To get their education and be able to pursue their dreams. It costs $11.00 a day for 2400 students to be at our event. It costs $52.00 to incarcerate a person. Please make a difference sponsor a child for the two days with only $22.00.
The kids will get free meals, free books, meet authors and educators and discuss and come up with creative ways to stay in school and have a support system in place to help them complete their education.

The B2BLS Symposium (www.b2bls.com) is only one month away. I am in hopes that you will be able to come and support the Houston youth. I am also enlisting you to sponsor a child @$11.00 per day. We are expecting over 2400 youth over the two day event. We will discuss education, literacy and the importance of finishing high school and earn that educational degree.
We will talk about how to complete assignments and provide tutorial help in English, math, comprehension and critical thinking so the students will be able to pass the SAT and ACT tests to enter college.]
