My birth had placed me in my mothers lineage in the (Anona) clan among the Akan of West Africa.
Anona people are supposed to protect and respect a symbolic bird called,(ekoo)from the coast of Ghana to the Senegal river.It is the playfully coloured parrot,said to possess unusual skill of eloquence.Anona clan are apt for the keeping of historical traditions.


Inside our lager history,l am going through my lifes journey knowing that looking is far more than having one,s eyes open and seeing,has very little to do with eye sight...seeing in this context has more to do with vision that Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles possess
l am the one who seeks and open to life and its many secrets.

Accepting responsibilty for making life better and more rewarding for self,family,extended family,community,and the world.
Conciously moving from unawareness to awareness.
Life is indeed a path.

Poetry is my liberating music,making me the harp

Like a musician composing music,l take many pictures,laughs a lot,and love like l have never been hurt because every sixty seconds spend upset is a minute of happiness thrown away.It is in me to grow,to walk among vegetations and cultures,to know that pain is colourless and to value the difference of others.
